Melanie is fluent in Spanish, Italian & Portuguese. Featured on NBC6, CBS4, Telemundo, Miami Today and national radio broadcasts, Melanie is considered a Real Estate expert.

As a business school graduate from Tulane University, Melanie is equipped to negotiate top dollar for her sellers and evaluate purchase opportunities for her buyers.

Licensed as a Florida Real Estate agent since 2003, Melanie has a large network of buyers and investors to market properties to. She is able to sell properties quickly and efficiently. This creates a win/win scenario for the attorneys, guardians, PRs and heirs.
